Agreement to Terms

By using You Know Ball ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

You Know Ball is a sports trivia application featuring:

Daily trivia challenges across six sports leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, CFB, CBB)
Film Room practice mode
Groups for competing with friends
Achievements and statistics tracking

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us of any unauthorized account use

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use offensive, inappropriate, or misleading usernames or display names
Attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit bugs
Harass other users or disrupt groups
Use the app for any illegal purpose
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content and Intellectual Property

All trivia questions, app design, logos, and content are owned by You Know Ball or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

User-generated content (usernames, display names) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the app (e.g., on leaderboards and share cards).

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Accuracy of trivia questions or answers
Availability of specific features

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, You Know Ball and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
